  • Infant Sleep Safety: In accordance with pediatric safety guidelines (including AAP and Health Canada recommendations), never place loose items, soft toys, pillows, or heavy plush items inside a crib, bassinet, or sleep environment with unattended infants under 12 months of age. Soft objects can pose a risk of accidental suffocation or Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).

  • Supervised Use Only: For infants and young toddlers, this product is intended strictly for supervised use during awake time, travel, or under direct adult supervision.

2. Small Parts & Choking Hazards

  • Battery & Remote Safety: If your product includes a battery-operated module or a remote control, ensure the battery compartment is securely fastened at all times. Keep remotes, loose batteries, and small components out of reach of children. Batteries can pose a severe choking and chemical burn hazard if swallowed.

  • Inspection: Regularly inspect the plush toy for any loose seams, exposed electronics, or damaged parts. If any part of the product becomes worn or damaged, discontinue use immediately.

  • North America: Our products are designed to meet applicable safety standards, including the US Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) and Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA).

  • International (UK/EU): Complies with relevant toy and textile safety directives (including UKCA and CE standards where applicable).

4. Limitation of Liability

Palmy, its parent company, owners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or injuries arising from the misuse, improper care, failure to follow safety instructions, or unsupervised use of our products. By purchasing and using this product, the buyer assumes all responsibility for adhering to safe usage guidelines.
