SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within three (3) business days. Processing includes strict order verification, quality checks, meticulous packaging, and sorting. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Worldwide Shipping & Delivery Times We proudly offer international shipping to destinations all across the globe. Once your order has been prepared and handed over to our transit and carrier partners, delivery takes approximately ten (10) business days worldwide.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Window: 13 business days from the moment your order confirmation is issued.

3. Shipment Tracking As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email. This notification will include your dedicated tracking number and a secure link allowing you to monitor your delivery status in real time.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes International shipments may be subject to import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance fees once the package reaches its destination country. These charges are determined entirely by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these regional fees and cannot predict their final amount.

5. Delays and Address Accuracy While we make every possible effort to ensure your package arrives within the estimated timeline, unexpected logistics delays may occasionally occur due to carrier backlogs, customs inspections, or severe weather conditions. Furthermore, customers are fully responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. We cannot be held liable for delayed, returned, or lost packages resulting from incorrect address inputs.
